vans that prominently display our company name and logo.
Maintenance staff is uniformed for professionalism and
client security. In addition, we provide 24-hour emergency
service in case of frozen or broken
water pipes.

Maine Properties, Inc. has two licensed thermographers on staff to provide building diagnostic documentation including, plumbing and building envelope water leakage, as-built and post-restoration conditions, flood and fire or water-damaged material assessments and energy efficiency. |
